The SAIL team has over 50 years combined experience advising people about their problems, and over 25 years advising seafarers at SAIL. So there are not many issues we haven’t come across before.
All SAIL advisers are fully trained, which takes up to 2 years. We are experienced advisers who understand the issues you face. We are all CAB trained and the quality of our advice is regularly checked. So no matter which adviser you speak to you can be sure you’re getting the same high quality advice.
Across the UK, SAIL works with a number of maritime organisations with people on the ground. We can ask them to visit your home if it’s needed.
